Wolfpack on YouTube: Building a Business Command Center Using Notion

I’m 3 episodes deep on producing a new YouTube tutorial series called Building a Business Command Center Using Notion, and the full playlist is now available below.

This series is made for people who are completely new to Notion, but who already understand the mindset of a modern tech company: products, projects, systems, task ownership, and the need for clean operational visibility.

The core idea is simple: instead of building a messy workspace full of disconnected pages, we start with three primary databases:

  1. Products

  2. Projects

  3. Tasks

From there, we interlink those databases so the workspace begins to behave like an actual business operating system. Products connect to projects. Projects connect to tasks. Tasks connect back to the larger strategic work they support.

The goal is not to make Notion cute or overly complicated. The goal is to build a practical command center that helps a company see what is being built, why it matters, who owns the work, and what needs to happen next.

Over the course of the tutorial, this simple Notion foundation will grow into a more robust project management and development task distribution system. Eventually, it will also become an AI-powered company command center, where software development agents, marketing agents, and other AI workflows can receive tasks, interact with company priorities, and operate inside a structured business environment.

For small teams, founders, operators, consultants, and product-led businesses, this is the kind of foundation that makes AI adoption much more realistic. Before AI can help your company move faster, your systems need to be clear enough for both humans and agents to understand.
